By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
You must be of legal age in your country or have permission from a legal guardian to use this site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under your credentials.
Handcrafted Nature: Most products are handcrafted to order in our workshop in Italy. Minor imperfections, natural marks, scars, or variations in color and texture are inherent features of vegetable-tanned leather and handcrafted processes. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each item.
Display: Product images are for reference. Colors and textures may slightly differ from the final result due to natural material variations and digital display settings.
Made to Order (Vault): The "Ready by" date displayed on the product page is a maximum estimate. We commit to notifying you only in case of significant delays beyond this window. Minor adjustments within the timeframe are normal in artisanal production.
Ready to Ship (Loot & Run): Items marked as ready stock usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Cancellations: By placing an order, you confirm that your purchase is for personal use and not for resale.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€). Prices include VAT where required. Insured shipping is always included in the price.
International Orders (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
All orders ship worldwide with tracked and fully insured delivery. Carriers are selected based on reliability (UPS/DHL/FedEx).
Risk of Loss: Once the package is delivered and signed for, responsibility passes to you.
Damages: As per our Shipping Policy, in case of visible damage to the box, you must sign "WITH RESERVE". Failure to do so may invalidate the insurance claim.
The policy depends on the type of product purchased:
Standard Stock (Loot & Run): You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Custom & Made to Order (Vault): Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. No. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is explicitly excluded for goods made to specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, these items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.
Defects: Returns are always accepted in case of proven execution defects or shipping damages, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
All products sold are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity as provided by Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. This guarantee covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and becomes apparent within 2 years from that moment. In case of a defect, please contact us immediately.
All content, designs, images, text, and products on this site are the intellectual property of Reliq Leather. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
We may provide access to third-party tools or links which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties.
Your personal information is submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate intellectual property rights, to harass others, or to disrupt the security of the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliq Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
EU Customers: Any disputes will be subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where applicable.
Rest of World: Any disputes will be exclusively handled by the courts of Bergamo (Italy).
Language: By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the language of the contract is English and that all communications regarding your order will be conducted in English.
