1. SHIPPING IS ON ME (Free & Insured) I do not select carriers based on cost, but on reliability. I always choose the safest service for your destination.

• Fully Insured: Your artifact is covered against theft, loss, or damage until it is safely in your hands.

• Tracked: You will receive a tracking link as soon as the Loot leaves the lab in Italy.

2. UPON DELIVERY (Crucial Step) To ensure the safety of your Loot and activate the insurance coverage, please follow these guidelines:

• Signature: Required for high-value orders to prevent theft. Smaller items might be delivered directly to your secure mailbox.

• Check the Box: If you see any sign of damage or tampering on the external box, you must accept the package signing "WITH RESERVE" (specify the damage to the driver). Then, email me a photo immediately. This guarantees I can assist you instantly.

3. PRODUCTION & TIMING

• Made to Order: Most artifacts are crafted specifically for you. The "Ready by" date displayed on the product page is a maximum estimate. I often finish ahead of schedule, but never later.

• Loot & Run: Items marked as "Loot & Run" are already crafted and ready. They usually leave the Vault within 24-48 hours.

• Transit Time: Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for Europe and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.

4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

• European Union: No extra fees. The price you see is final.

• Rest of the World (USA, UK, CH, etc.): As the importer, you are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes. I cannot calculate or pay these for you.
