1. THE GUARANTEE (Defects vs. Character)
My priority is that you carry your Loot with pride. However, it is vital to distinguish between a defect and the nature of the material.

• The Leather: Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material. Small scars, wrinkles, or color variations are inherent features of the hide, not production defects. These are the signature of a genuine, handcrafted artifact.

• Structural Defects: If there is a mistake in construction (hardware failure, stitching issues) or fulfillment error, I will fix it, replace it, or refund it at my expense.

• Shipping Damage: As per the Shipping Policy, if the package arrives damaged, you must sign "WITH RESERVE" and email me photos immediately. Any refund or prioritized remake will be processed once the carrier confirms the insurance claim.

2. RETURNS & "CHANGE OF MIND"
The policy depends on the type of artifact you commissioned:

• Loot & Run (Ready to Ship): These items are eligible for returns. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if you change your mind. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

• Vault / Made to Order: These pieces are forged specifically for you. As per EU Consumer Law (Art. 59c) regarding custom-made goods, they are FINAL SALE and excluded from the right of withdrawal. They cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
Do not send anything back without approval.

1. Email me at info@reliqleather.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. If approved, I will provide the return address.
3. Once received and inspected, I will process your refund to your original payment method.
