Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. To secure your investment, full insurance through Declared Value is included. I select only premium carriers like UPS to ensure your gear arrives safely via tracked and signature-required delivery. Usually 2-7 business days.

Yes, I provide a tracking number for every order once it ships. Full insurance against loss or damage is included for all artifacts.

If an issue occurs, you must reach out within 2 days of delivery.

Please inspect the package upon arrival; if damaged, accept it with reserve and take clear photos of the box and the item. This allows me to promptly resolve the incident through the carrier’s insurance.

I accept returns for 'Loot & Run' items (as specified in the product description) within 14 days of delivery.

Because Vault and Bespoke pieces are forged specifically for you, they can only be returned if defective. In case of shipping damage or loss, I will issue a full refund or a prioritized remake as soon as the carrier officially confirms the incident through the Declared Value claim (check previous FAQ)
